Dr. Davis is affiliated with Plaza Day Surgery, Plaza Medical Center, All Saints Hospital, Cooks Children's Medical Center, Harris HEB Hospital, Baylor Grapevine Hospital.

Insurances Accepted

Our office accepts most of the major insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, PHCS, and Medicaid. We also accept numerous others that are not listed here, so please call our office to check.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We are in the Fort Worth office on Wednesdays and the 1st Friday of the month.

Please note that email is not checked daily or on the weekends.  It is best used for non-urgent matters.  If you have a medical problem or question,  please call the office for faster service.  The phone is answered 24 hours daily.  If you have a life threatening problem, please call 911.
