Meet the Staff

Tammy

Tammy has been a certified ophthalmic assistant since 2001. She has been a part of our team since 2008. Tammy helps to prepare patients to be seen in clinic, schedules surgeries, and coordinates insurance approval for some surgeries. Tammy married her high school sweetheart and has 2 children. They come to Texas from North Carolina. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, her pets and shopping.

Valerie

Valerie is our insurance specialist and receptionist. She has been with Dr. Davis since September 2008 and really enjoys working here. She has an Associates' Degree in Office Technology ad is a Medical Administrative Assistant as well as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist. Valerie is originally from upstate New York. She moved to Texas in February 2005 with her husband and 5 children. They love Texas!!

Rachel

Rachel is our office manager and marketing specialist. She has worked in the field of Ophthalmology since 1994 and been with Dr. Davis since 2003. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives and Joint Commission of Allied Health Professionals. She is trained in Obagi Medical, Skinceuticals and Vivite skin care products and holds certifications in Thermage and Intense Pulsed Light. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, Rachel helps get patients ready to be seen, sends out our monthly newsletter, and organizes our promotional events. Rachel is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends when not at work.

Jennifer

Jennifer Cooper has been a licensed aesthetician since 2005. She joined our team in 2009. She brings to the practice her skin care and facial aesthestics expertise. She is trained in Obagi Medical, Skinceuticals and Vivite skin care lines and holds certifications is Thermage, Intense Pulsed Light, Microdermabrasion and skin peels. She is married with two children and three grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her grandchildren..
